In the castle level, the "MARIO" on the status bar is messed up, but in my opinion this isn't too big of an issue. My biggest complaint so far is that the tiles on the title screen are unchanged, but this can wait seeing as the hack is unnamed. The level design shown seems well done from the screens you've shown.
